Director of Trauma Program

A 267-bed community hospital in Fort Walton Beach is seeking an experienced Director of Trauma Program to oversee and lead its Level II Trauma Center. This leadership position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the overall direction and success of the trauma program. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality trauma care across the entire patient care continuum while strengthening collaboration with local and regional trauma systems.
