Director of Youth Programs

This position is responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and oversight of workforce development programs, including WIOA, Welfare Transition, SNAP, and Youth initiatives. The Director ensures all program objectives are achieved in compliance with regulations while delivering high-quality services and facilitating successful job placements. The role involves overseeing Youth Programs in Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties and managing program budgets, staff, and community partnerships.
