Director on Duty

The Director on Duty supports the YMCA's mission by fostering a welcoming and cause-centered culture while supervising the overall operations of the facility and grounds. This role ensures the safety and cleanliness of the building, supervises staff and volunteers, and serves as the primary point of contact for membership concerns and security incidents. The position requires maintaining a safe environment, enforcing policies, and building relationships with members and staff.
