About this role
This role leads and coordinates early-stage oncology clinical development studies for novel biologics and small molecules, from first-in-human through proof-of-concept. The position partners closely with a Global Development Lead and cross-functional teams to shape early clinical plans and protocols, supporting delivery of key early efficacy milestones. It also interfaces with internal and external stakeholders to advance programs within Pfizer’s oncology development organization.
