This senior role involves managing clinical pathways for conditions like bladder and prostate cancer, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the organization.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and regulatory compliance of the in-office dispensing program
Lead patient navigation initiatives for specialized treatments like Xiaflex and BPH management
Develop and maintain care protocols aligned with national guidelines and evidence-based practices
Manage departmental budgets, staffing, and program investments to drive financial performance
Recruit, supervise, and evaluate oncology nursing staff and care coordinators

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related fieldMaster's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or Clinical LeadershipRN licensure with oncology certification (OCN) or Certified Oncology Nurse Navigator (AONN+)5 years of progressive experience in oncology or urology3 years in a program management or leadership role
