Director, Onsite Power Generation

The Director, Onsite Power Generation will establish and lead Equinix’s enterprise strategy for onsite, behind-the-meter, and co-sited power generation across its global data center portfolio. This role involves defining technology-screening criteria, commercial frameworks, and governance to accelerate capacity deployment, increase resiliency, and support sustainability objectives. The position requires partnering with regional teams to implement a globally consistent operating model while managing strategic partnerships and complex negotiations.
