About this role
This role leads the design, development and implementation of Oxford’s Policy Governance Framework and Compliance Management program, reporting to the VP, Governance. The position is accountable for building and operationalizing governance and compliance capabilities across Oxford’s operations, working with policy owners and business leaders. It requires strong cross-functional collaboration to architect enterprise-wide processes and embed compliance into day-to-day operations.
