The Director, Operational Excellence, drives the deployment and sustainment of the Lean 4.0 program across European and North American pharmaceutical manufacturing sites. This role focuses on integrating advanced digital technologies with lean methodologies to transform operating models, reduce costs, and institutionalize performance management standards. The leader is responsible for building organizational capabilities in digital transformation and operational excellence while delivering data-driven decision-making frameworks.
