Director, Operational Excellence

The Director, Operational Excellence will lead end-to-end execution of strategic projects and business process improvement initiatives across Operations. This role will manage integrated plans, risks, and delivery workflows while applying Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to eliminate waste and enhance quality. The position requires extensive project management experience, cross‑functional collaboration, and strong stakeholder communication.
