Director, Operational Readiness

The Director, Operational Readiness leads Nscale's portfolio-level readiness capability, ensuring all new sites, capacity expansions, and major infrastructure deployments are fully prepared for production. This role involves establishing readiness frameworks, governance, and transition models while coordinating across multiple technical and operational teams to manage dependencies and ensure smooth go-live decisions. The position requires building and mentoring a team of Sr. Project Managers and Technical Writers to drive consistent execution across regional deployments.
