About this role
Director-level role leading the Resilience by Design programme to embed operational resilience principles into the architecture, processes and culture of the Group. The role will shape the Resilience Target Operating Model, influence enterprise-wide resilience strategy and governance, and ensure regulatory alignment across Risk, Technology and Third Party Risk Management. Reports to the Group Director, Operational Resilience and represents the Group externally to regulators and industry peers.
