Director, Operational Resilience – Resilience Testing

The Director, Operational Resilience – Resilience Testing Director at LSEG is a senior leader responsible for defining and evolving the Group’s resilience testing strategy to ensure critical business services can withstand and recover from severe but plausible disruptions. The role shapes and embeds a new Resilience Operating Model across the organisation and drives cross-functional collaboration across first and second lines of defence. It reports to the Group Director, Operational Resilience and represents the function in senior governance and regulatory engagement.
