Director, Operational Resilience – Resilience Testing

The Director, Operational Resilience – Resilience Testing Director is a senior leader responsible for designing, executing, and evolving the Group’s resilience testing strategy to ensure critical business services can withstand and recover from severe but plausible disruptions. The role shapes and embeds the Resilience Operating Model across the organisation, aligning testing with regulatory expectations and enterprise risk appetite. The position reports to the Group Director, Operational Resilience and drives cross-functional collaboration across first and second lines of defence.
