Director, Operational Resilience

The Director, Operational Resilience leads the implementation and maturation of Voya's enterprise Operational Resilience Framework, ensuring the organization can continue delivering critical services during disruptive events while minimizing customer and business impact. This role serves as the primary program leader responsible for embedding Operational Resilience across the enterprise by 2028, working across business, technology, risk, compliance, cybersecurity, vendor management, and operations teams. The position requires a strategic leader skilled in change management, stakeholder engagement, and translating resilience objectives into practical business outcomes.
