About this role

The Director, Operations Data Analytics & Engineering leads the management and technical delivery capability for North America Operations, owning the integrated Operations data portfolio and roadmap. This role builds and leads a multidisciplinary team to translate operational priorities into trusted, scalable solutions that improve planning, execution, and decision-making. The position serves as the primary Operations counterpart to Global Data & AI, aligning domain data deliverables with enterprise data and AI roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Lead design and delivery of Operations data solutions and scalable technical architectures
Establish data strategy, portfolio management, and multiyear roadmaps for North America Operations
Align Operations data initiatives with enterprise architecture, governance standards, and AI strategy

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Product Management, or a related fieldMaster's degree in a related technical or business discipline
