The Director Operations LMS Shanghai is the site leader for Leica Microsystems' Shanghai facility and the most senior on-site executive, reporting to the VP of Global Operations. The role is part of the Operations Leadership Team and leads local efforts to develop world-class manufacturing and production capability. This on-site position represents Leica Microsystems in China and works to advance the site's operational maturity.
