Director Operations Support & Assets

The Director of Operations Support & Assets serves as the executive authority for network-wide physical asset management, inventory controls, and campus operational readiness across KIPP Texas Public Schools. This role drives the 'I have the supplies and materials to do my job' employee engagement metric by designing operational systems that eliminate friction and enable instructional excellence. The position leads a distributed team of four managers and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure seamless operational support for all school sites and the central office.
