The Operations Director is responsible for maximizing the customer experience and tenant sales at Potomac Mills by ensuring a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment. This role oversees all operational functions, including maintenance, groundskeeping, and contracted services, while managing property assets and capital projects. Additionally, the director assists the General Manager with financial planning, strategic goals, and crisis management to ensure operational excellence and asset preservation.
