Director, Organizational Design (Remote)

The Director of Organizational Design at RTX will set enterprise Org Design strategy, defining standards, governance, and scalable practices to optimize teams and organizations across the company. This role leads HR OD capability building, develops training and vendor strategies, and serves as a strategic advisor to senior business and HR leaders on complex transformation and organizational structure. The position reports to the Executive Director of Culture, Org Effectiveness and Change and collaborates across the global enterprise.
