Director, Partnerships

The Director of Partnerships at the Mastercard Foundation leads identification, cultivation, and stewardship of strategic partnerships with governments, philanthropic organizations, multilateral agencies, and corporate foundations to expand the organization’s resource base and amplify program impact. The role coordinates internally to align partnership strategies with organizational priorities and focuses on building coalitions and co-funding opportunities to drive systems-level change across areas such as education, health, climate resilience, and social equity. This position emphasizes strategic relationship-building and representation rather than direct fundraising.
