Director, Payment Integrity

The Director of Payment Integrity oversees the Quality Assurance, Grievances & Appeals, and Fraud, Waste & Abuse teams, setting strategy and managing day-to-day operations. This role ensures regulatory compliance, drives process improvements, and collaborates with internal departments, external stakeholders, and vendors to enhance program effectiveness and identify cost savings.
