The Director, Payments leads the go-to-market strategy, operating model, and revenue performance for CARET Pay, an integrated payments product embedded in legal practice management software. This hands-on role focuses on scaling merchant boarding, activation, and retention while driving adoption of invoicing capabilities and displacing incumbent payment processors. The position requires cross-functional collaboration across sales, customer success, product, finance, and legal to optimize the full customer lifecycle and expand revenue.
