Director, Payroll

The Director, Payroll leads day-to-day payroll administration for a rapidly-growing, multi-state retail organization, owning end-to-end payroll operations for hourly and salaried employees. This role serves as a subject-matter expert on multi-state payroll tax and compliance, ensuring accurate and timely payments while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local laws. The position partners closely with People, Finance, and Legal teams to keep payroll processes reliable, auditable, and scalable as the company expands into new markets.
