The Director, Payroll provides leadership and oversight of the European and U.S. payroll function, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across multiple jurisdictions. This role manages global payroll governance, system optimization, and financial reporting while supporting expatriate payroll and tax matters. The position partners with HR, Finance, and IT to drive process improvement and maintain strong internal controls.
