About this role

This role serves as the right hand to the Director of Payroll, providing operational leverage and helping to reshape the payroll operating model through process, technology, and controls. The position involves running and reviewing end-to-end bi-weekly payroll, supporting employee pay communications, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations. It also requires partnering with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, manage payroll technology roadmaps, and maintain accurate compensation program administration.

Responsibilities

Run and review end-to-end bi-weekly payroll including data validation and reconciliation
Partner with leadership to redesign payroll operating model through process and technology
Manage multi-state payroll tax compliance and employee pay communications
