The Director, Payroll leads accurate and timely multi-cycle, multi-state payroll processing for Player 15 Group while ensuring compliance with applicable tax and labor laws. This role involves overseeing payroll systems, managing audits, and partnering with People & Culture, Finance, and IT to resolve discrepancies and improve processes. The position also requires leading and developing the payroll team while maintaining strict confidentiality of financial information.
