About this role

The Director, Payroll leads accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations for Samsung's North America subsidiaries across the U.S. and Canada. This role oversees payroll processing, tax compliance, controls, vendor management, and drives automation and continuous improvement initiatives. The position reports to the NA SSC Lead and partners closely with HR, Finance, and global teams to ensure seamless payroll services.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end payroll operations for multiple entities across the U.S. and Canada
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and tax regulations
Drive process automation and continuous improvement of payroll services

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related fieldCPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification
