Director, People Development and Wellbeing

Oak Valley Health is seeking an experienced operational leader to serve as Director, People Development and Wellbeing, reporting to the Vice President, People and CHRO. This role is accountable for the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of organizational development, learning, leadership development, employee experience, occupational health and safety, workplace wellbeing, and equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging. The successful candidate will translate the organization's People Plan into annual work plans, manage budgets and resources, and lead multidisciplinary teams to drive measurable improvements in employee and leader capability, performance, and engagement.
