Director, People Development & Effectiveness

The Director, People Development & Effectiveness leads SSMC’s people capability, organizational effectiveness, and business partnership agenda, ensuring staff are skilled, engaged, and empowered to deliver clinical and service excellence. The role serves as the senior accountable owner for performance management, high-potential identification, succession planning, learning and leadership development, employee wellbeing, and the P&O Business Partnership Team. Additionally, the Director is responsible for strengthening the P&O pillar, embedding the EX = PX principle, and scaling the SSMC Way Academy into a revenue-generating capability.
