The Director - People & HR Technology defines the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for the People/HR Technology product line, with a direct focus on the Talent, Employee Experience, and SuccessFactors Transition product. This role combines product line leadership, people management, and direct product management accountability to drive the transition from Oracle HCM to SuccessFactors while ensuring operational continuity and improving employee experience.
