Director, People

The Director, People at Hyperfine will lead and operate the People function for a publicly traded health technology company, overseeing the full employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits, and equity administration across the United States, United Kingdom, and Europe. Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer/Chief Financial Officer, this role combines strategic partnership with hands‑on execution, managing a small People team and collaborating with senior leadership to align people strategies with business priorities.
