About this role
The Director of Development is an individual contributor responsible for leading major gift fundraising efforts for Mass General Brigham’s Academic Medical Centers, working directly with Department of Medicine faculty and division chiefs. The role manages a portfolio of prospects and donors to meet annual fundraising targets and advance philanthropic support for clinical, research, and teaching missions. This position represents the Development Office across institutional partners and helps shape donor engagement strategies.
