The Director Philanthropy is a senior individual contributor role responsible for engaging donors and securing major gifts of $50,000 or more for clinical priorities at Providence Holy Cross. The position serves as a strategic partner to the Chief Philanthropy Officer, cultivating relationships with physicians, clinical leaders, and community stakeholders to advance the organization's charitable mission. Success in this role requires healthcare philanthropy expertise, strong project execution, and the ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
