About this role

The Director of Physical Security will build, own, and scale a hyperscaler-level global physical security program focused on data centers, offices, manufacturing, and high-value logistics across the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East. The role sets global security standards, selects and governs the physical security technology stack, and ensures ongoing SOC 2 and ISO 27001 readiness. This position partners cross-functionally with operations, construction, facilities, supply chain, compliance, legal, and HR and will expand into a team over time. Travel and on-call participation are required.
