About this role

The Senior Director, Physician Practice Operations provides leadership and direction to the overall operations of multiple inpatient and medical pediatric specialty physician practices, collaborating with leaders to drive operational improvements and excellence in patient care and financial performance.

Responsibilities

Identify, design, and activate operational improvements to ensure timely care delivery across Physician Practices
Ensure financial viability of Physician Practices through budget monitoring and capital expenditure planning
Oversee implementation of key quality initiatives and compliance measures
Partner with Marketing and Communications to promote Physician Practice initiatives
Develop and monitor ambulatory distribution plans for adequate patient coverage
