The Director of Gift Planning is a senior leader who sets strategy and leads the organization’s planned giving program to secure long-term philanthropic support. The role oversees growth of planned and major gifts by working with major donors, board members, senior leadership, and advisors. The Director ensures integration of gift planning across the Foundation and guides stewardship and donor engagement to advance the organization’s mission.
