Director, PMO

The Director, PMO serves as a critical leader within the HR & Payroll Redesign Program, driving the successful delivery of large-scale business and technology initiatives that support enterprise Finance Transformation objectives. This role is responsible for managing the program governance needed to guide this multi-year, enterprise-wide initiative. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator and relationship builder who thrives in highly matrixed environments, can effectively manage competing priorities, and possesses strong program management discipline.
