The Director—Policy Management leads BMO’s enterprise policy management program and is accountable for ensuring enterprise-wide policy governance and lifecycle oversight. The role sets strategic direction for the policy function, drives its transformation and technology enablement, and represents the bank with regulators and external partners. This position operates across the Audit, Risk & Compliance family to ensure policies remain aligned with regulatory and business requirements.
