Director, Policy

This role organizes Novartis Japan’s geopolitical and trade policy agenda and drives Public Policy Engagement activities in Japan. It develops policy narratives aligned with country leadership and relevant functions to prioritize issues for trade associations. The position also collaborates with Communications and Patient Advocacy to engage and communicate with external stakeholders.
