The Director of Population Health Strategy is a senior leader responsible for shaping and executing Wellstar's population health and care coordination strategy. This role partners with executive leadership and the Data and Analytics Hub to align analytics, reporting, and data platforms with organizational goals for value-based care. The Director also provides leadership for the analytics team and stewardship of data integration and visualization initiatives supporting clinical and population health programs.
