Director, Power Conversion & Electrical Systems

The Director, Power Conversion & Electrical Systems owns Fluence's global category strategy and commercial execution across the AC power electronics portfolio, including power conversion systems, inverters, transformers, and electrical controls. This role leads a team of senior Category Managers and Specialists, manages the Advanced Procurement function, and partners with Engineering and Product on new product introduction and design for cost. The position is responsible for delivering cost reduction targets, ensuring supply assurance, and building a globally diversified supplier base to support the company's rapid growth.
