Director, Practice Liaison (CPL)

The Director, Practice Liaison leads the Chronic Practice Liaison organization, driving referral growth, provider engagement, and strategic account development across chronic therapy markets. This role develops and executes commercial strategies to deepen relationships with key prescribers and health systems while enhancing collaboration across Sales, Operations, and Clinical teams. The leader is accountable for maximizing referral conversion, accelerating speed-to-therapy, and delivering profitable growth across chronic therapy categories.
