The Director, Private Equity Channel leads and scales Brex's PE partnerships organization, owning the full channel strategy from target firm prioritization to referral conversion. This player-coach role involves managing and growing a team of Partner Managers while personally deepening relationships with strategic Tier 1 PE firms. The position requires driving the referral engine that turns PE firms into durable distribution partners for Brex.
