The Director, Process Improvement - System leads enterprise revenue cycle reporting and analytics for BMC and BUMG, including Community Hospitals. Reporting to the Executive Director, Revenue Cycle Transformation, the role drives implementation and management of reporting, analytic tools, and AI initiatives to support data analysis and operational excellence. The director provides leadership and mentoring to managers and analysts and ensures timely delivery of reliable metrics to system stakeholders.
