Director – Process Safety

The Director – Process Safety manages the Process Safety pillar at the Macclesfield site, providing director-level accountability for COMAH Lower Tier compliance, major accident hazard prevention, and emergency response coordination. This role serves as the senior voice for Process Safety at leadership teams and the primary regulator-facing partner for HSE, fire services, and corporate insurers. The position oversees the Process Safety team, governs fire safety strategy, and leads capital-project Process Safety integration across the campus.
