The Director of Design, Growth Products will lead the end-to-end design strategy for HighLevel’s most critical growth experiences, including onboarding, activation, expansion, and retention flows. The role is responsible for setting the design vision and roadmap for growth products and ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs. This leader will manage and scale a team of product designers while maintaining high design quality and consistency across growth touchpoints. The position operates in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and works closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to drive measurable business impact.
