The Director of Design, Core Product at HighLevel leads the design strategy and user experience for the most critical and complex areas of the GoHighLevel platform, including CRM, messaging, calendars, and marketing tools. This role oversees multiple design teams and ensures a cohesive, high-quality experience across a broad, interconnected SaaS ecosystem. The director partners closely with product and engineering leadership and represents design at the executive level. The position is based in a global, remote-first company supporting millions of businesses worldwide.
