Director, Product Development, AI Enablement

This role serves as a strategic product leader focused on reimagining how the enterprise data organization and Capital One leverage AI to transform operations, tools, and processes. The position drives enterprise-wide adoption of AI workflows by developing scalable productivity tools, intelligent agents, and resilient infrastructure while ensuring responsible AI practices and governance. The Director will act as a cross-functional translator between data engineering, business leaders, and legal teams to embed AI capabilities into core workflows.
