Director, Product Discovery

As the Director of Product Discovery at New York Blood Center, you will lead a team of Product Managers and Designers to define and validate digital and AI-driven solutions that create measurable value for the organization. Reporting to the VP of Data & AI Product Innovation, you will own the continuous discovery process, ensuring the team solves high-impact problems while balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution in a regulated healthcare environment. This role involves partnering with Engineering, Data, and Clinical stakeholders to streamline workflows, reduce operational costs, and champion user-centered design principles for complex blood banking systems.
