About this role

The Director of Product Management and Insights leads product strategy and oversees web and unbranded products to support FWD.us's website presence and policy campaign goals. This role coordinates across senior leadership, policy experts, designers, and engineers to guide products from concept to launch and to evaluate performance against organizational KPIs. The director also drives system and process improvements, information architecture, and reporting to optimize product impact in service of immigration and criminal justice reform.
